Festival of Unfinished Work
JUNE 26-29, 2025
Thurs-Sat @ 7:30PM, Sat-Sun @ 3PM
Our fourth annual Festival will feature six (6) short scenes from original full-length plays currently in process, written by Chicago-based playwrights. This year’s festival will feature work by Rammel Chan, Georgette Kelly, Hanna Kime, Ashley Neal, David Stobbe, and Victor Yang.
This year’s Festival once again features our Virtual Auction!
This silent auction is more than just a fundraiser. It’s a celebration of Chicago—its food, its artistry, its community, its grit. Every item you bid on is a chance to support our mission while experiencing the best this city has to offer. Learn a new skill. Treat yourself to a special outing. Discover a new favorite local gem. And most importantly, help us put dollars directly into the pockets of the creatives who make this work possible.
Available items this year include a bookstore bundle from The Understudy, a 16-week circus or performing arts class session with The Actor's Gymnasium, tickets to the Skydeck at Willis Tower, a private tour with Brick of Chicago, gift certificates and vouchers to great local restaurants and performing arts venues, and much more. Bidding runs through 6 pm on Sunday, June 29.

This year, our Literary Committee consisted of Dan Washelesky (Leader), Suzy Krueckeberg, Spencer Huffman, Kylie Anderson, Aja Singletary, Ben F. Locke, and Matthew Lunt
